The Galapagos Islands are legendary for the inspiration given to Charles Darwin in formulating his evolutionary theory. The "Enchanted Islands" offer unique experiences with prolific wildlife both on land and underwater. Large animals abound: sharks, sea lions, seals, turtles and rays are seen on nearly every dive. The thirteen large islands and a dozen smaller ones are located six hundred miles off the coast of Equador and have been declared a World Heritage Site. Only 25,000 visitors are allowed on the islands each year! This fact makes the wildlife on Galapagos relatively unafraid of man. You are invited to join Underwater Phantaseas for a once in a life time trip as we explore Galapagos the way it should be.

Equipment Tip of the Month - Remember to Swim Upstream
I was recently on a trip with only people from the dive industry. These people dive for a living, teaching others to dive, running dive stores or manufacturing equipment, photographing and writing stories for magazines, your basic dive experts. While we were all full of knowledge, I was surprised to see on numerous occasions divers surfacing down current from the boat. So reviewing this simple message seemed so appropriate considering even these industry veterans could use a review.

 Looking to do a pool workout before your next trip but only have evenings available? Then this is the answer for you!
We have select dates available for you to practice your skills throughout the year. $10 covers your pool time, one rental tank and any scuba equipment you may need. Please call to RSVP as we have limited availability each night.
